Welcome to EBG MedAustron

The company EBG MedAustron GmbH is building, and will later operate,
the MedAustron centre for ion-therapy and research in Wiener Neustadt
in the County of Lower Austria. Patients will be able
to benefit from both proton (hydrogen nuclei) and carbon-ion (carbon nuclei)
treatments.
Current Status of Project MedAustron
The centre is currently in the planning stage and is foreseen to begin trial operation in 2013.
